HIGH POWER ELECTRICAL FEEDTHROUGHS
Ceramic-to-Metal High Power Feedthroughs and Terminals

Ceramic-to-metal seals are ideal for high power applications where hermeticity and durability are critical. High purity ceramic insulators used in our high power feedthroughs and terminals are many times stronger than quartz, glass or epoxies. High purity alumina used in these products provides superior electromechanical, thermal and chemical properties. They do not outgas or breakdown under prolonged exposure to vacuum or elevated temperatures and offer corrosive resistance to alkali’s, acids and organic solvents.

Typical Applications Include:

  • Power feedthroughs for heating elements in controlled atmospheres
  • Instrumentation power terminals
  • Heat treating furnace power feedthroughs
  • Semiconductor equipment feedthroughs
